From its light to its tables, from each plate to its very soul, every detail of Mare Gastro was envisioned, planned and brought to life with the utmost care by Kadir Çiçek, Chairman of the Board of Didi Otel.

At the helm of the kitchen stands Executive Chef Doğan Anapa, who turns a background in cinema into flavour. He brings the purest ingredients of the Aegean and the Mediterranean to the plate as though telling a story.
